AxxonSoft participates in Romanian security seminar

A seminar on the latest security technologies was held on 20 August in Bucharest (Romania), drawing 25 representatives of leading companies active in design and installation of video surveillance systems. The event organizer was AxxonSoft's new partner Bentel Sistem, a leading security player on the Romanian market.

Participants included Fedor Mendelev, Sales Manager at AxxonSoft Eastern Europe, and Sergei Pichulin, a colleague from partner company RIVA, who demonstrated a joint solution powered by the Axxon PSIM PSIM software platform from AxxonSoft and IP cameras from RIVA with on-board forensic detection tools. The presented solution allows getting the most out of video analytics and modern technologies for building smart security systems at sites of all scales and levels of complexity.

Guests also learned about Retail Intellect, which offers a wide variety of surveillance features and tie-ins specially designed for the needs of retailers and monitoring of point-of-sale transactions.

The participants described the seminar as both "interactive" and "interesting". They also had the chance to contribute themselves by asking questions and making comments and suggestions. This ongoing dialog will help to guide the development process both at AxxonSoft and at its partner companies RIVA (Germany) and Bentel Sistem.

While AxxonSoft's friendship with Bentel Sistem is a relatively young one, this recent seminar is just the first in a series of upcoming joint events. Another event on state-of-the-art security technologies will be held by the companies from 8 to 10 October in Bucharest.
